If you are not from out of town please read below for further instructions!

Please note the consultation DOES NOT include 3D imaging or an adjustment

  2. After you book a time our intake paperwork will be sent to you at the email you provided. Please fill this out fully before the scheduled time.

Please note we can NOT accept Medicare eligible patients. We have no exceptions to this, even if you would prefer to pay cash we cannot except your visit due to us being out of network and this is federal law.

Dr. Jacob Lane

Dr. Jacob Lane, originally from Texas, discovered his passion for chiropractic care after fracturing his back while playing basketball. This led him to pursue a career in chiropractic, and he earned his Doctorate from Sherman College of Chiropractic. It was during his time there that he also met his wife. They decided they wanted to come to the mountains and ended settling in Utah.

Jacob’s personal experience with injury ignited his dedication to helping others overcome their own challenges. He believes in providing gentle and effective care to his patients. In their practice, Jacob aims to create a welcoming environment where individuals can find relief and support through specific and conservative care.
